ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT - WEST MIDLANDS - FULL TIME

Accountancy Elite have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join an internationally known company, that are leaders within their sector within their field.

THE ROLE

20% Credit control
·Raising invoices
·Posting receipts
·Maintaining Customer Master Data
·Chasing overdue accounts by phone and email
·Produce dunning letters
·Deal with customer queries


40% Purchase Ledger
·Inputting supplier invoices
·Matching invoices to purchase orders
·Inputting employee expenses
·Reconciling supplier statements

30% Commercial Order Processing
·Raising Quotes and Orders
·Raising Purchase Orders to suppliers
·Producing weekly and monthly reports

10% Adhoc duties
·Maintaining Asset Register
·Reconciling general ledger accounts
·Filing

SALARY - (Dependent on Experience £20,00 - £26,000)

EXPERIENCE

·Previous experience within an accounts department
·Competent with Microsoft Excel
·Knowledge of SAP essential
·Good verbal & written communication skills
·Ability to work individually or as part of a team
