IT Support Engineer - Cambridge - £26k

An exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer, to join a high successful IT Solutions company based in the Cambridge area.

The successful candidate will be working within a small team to help resolve tickets that have been escalated from 1st Line engineers.

The successful candidate will be responsible working closely with clients to support them on technical analysis of systems and providing to solutions to any potential issues.

For the right candidate, there is a basic salary up to £26,000 available and additional benefits.

CV Screen is recruiting for a leading IT Solutions organisation. The company employ around 12 staff, they have a great reputation and offer excellent prospects for their staff to take on additional responsibility.

Required skills / Responsibilities:

- Identify re-occurring tickets and implement a permanent solution

- Onsite Install/Repair work - Routers, Switches, Monitors, Printers

- Project Work - New PC installs, Office 365 Installations/Migrations

- - Ability to support Microsoft Windows desktops in a domain environment

- - Network and Server troubleshooting - Exchange 2010+, SBS and Windows Server

- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy

- Office 365 Installation/Migration/Troubleshooting

- Excellent Customer Service skills

Who will suit this role?

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 2st Line Service Desk Engineer or a vastly experienced 1st Line Service Desk Engineer.


Basic salary to £26,000 + Benefits
