Quality Manager Domiciliary Care - London
We're currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager for a domiciliary care company in West London. You'll need experience of supervising care services in the community, such as having worked as a Field Care Supervisor before and will be responsible for ensuring that staff practises are compliant with CQC standards and legislative requirements to maintain the safe deliverance of high-quality person centred care.The Role My client is a domiciliary care company who provide carers to vulnerable adults in their own homes. Your key responsibility is to oversee the safe and effective delivery of care in the community and you'll achieve this by;Checking the quality of care assessmentsPreparing and filing reports for all quality monitoring activities and reviewsYou'll manage a team of Field Care Supervisors and will support them with any difficulties.Investigating and rectifying issues that may arise from monitoring and review sessions.Giving apologies and reassurance to clients/relatives after investigating their complaints.Maintaining both staff and service user folders to ensure they are up to date and compliant with the CQC requirements.The Person You'll have supervisory experience gained in a domiciliary care setting, such as Field care supervisor, care coordinator, care manager or quality assurance manager.You'll demonstrate an excellent knowledge of CQC requirements and quality monitoringYou'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbalYou'll be commutable to Kensington, though a driver's licence isn't required -you'll be visiting clients in the local boroughs so public transport is an optionInterested?
