Technical Support Analyst - Global Organisation

Our client a multinational growing company are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to cover a number of key sites including Milton Keynes and the Cambridge offices.

The TSA will ensure infrastructure across all sites is performing to standard, provide local on-site support and global/regional project implementation to ensure the local infrastructure delivers to business expectations.

Main Accountabilities

•Configure, deploy, maintain and support local infrastructure to a high professional standard.

•Diagnose and resolve end user based issues: software, applications or operating systems.

•Carry out basic system operation duties requiring local hands.

•Ensure everything is done to the company's policies, standards and procedures.

The ideal candidate

•Windows 7, MS Exchange, Office 365, Mobile Technology, Printer Technology, DNS, DHCP and Switches and routers

•Working knowledge of desktop, laptop, server and printer computer hardware dependencies and relationships of networks, phones, mobile devices, PC's operation systems, databases and applications used in the JM environment.

•Experience of technical implementations with good understanding of Microsoft and networking technologies.
