Commercial Motor Operations Manager (FTC)
The Operations Manager will motivate, coach and develop the team, ensure the management and monitoring of workflows and resource needs are well maintained, SLA's and service delivery is achieved and audit and compliance controls are met. Will also continually develop & implement streamlined processes and working practices which support the sale, renewal, underwriting & administration of commercial insurance policies via the branch network and Commercial Motor teams.
A proven background in management is a pre-requisite for this role, ideally within a Commercial Motor background, either in operations, broking, underwriting, claims or administration background. Candidates will also be considered with general commercial insurance knowledge. Prior experience of reviews of workflow management, working practices and service delivery objectives is essential as well as an understanding of risk, regulatory and compliance framework. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader capable of influencing change and migrating workflow.
