A new Credit Control Administrator job has become available; due to continued company success and growth, working for a privately owned company based in Princes Risborough. Having been established for over 10 years the company has an excellent client base and is looking for a new member to join their dynamic team, to help with the business demands of their continued growth.
Your new role
As a Credit Control Administrator you will be responsible for providing direct support to clients, setting up credit agreements / annual payment plans and chasing overdue payments. Your day to day duties will include credit checking clients, daily input of finance loans, management of failed direct debit payments, dealing with queries, management of finance renewals and assisting with month end procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous credit control experience, with good attention to detail, common sense and good problem solving skills. You will be able to work independently, whilst also being a team player who can be flexible to support the small, finance team as required.
