The Technical Specialist will contribute to the execution of services and projects within his specific area of responsibility as part of the UK services team.
The Specialist will execute technical activities for services in place and projects, including second line support for European shared services and other local ICT services in place, as part of the end-to-end services delivered to the 400 customers.
What you'll need to succeed
Desirable but not essential:
WAN, LAN (also production),
WIFI Videoconference, voice comm.
Devices Data Center services (also production related)
Data Storage services (Citrix & VmWare)
Backup/Restore services and UPS devices Workstation (end user, W/B and production)
