An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join a clinical team in Deal, Kent. This excellent Charity provides nursing, residential and respite care for those living with Profound & Multiple Learning Disabilities, in a warm and caring environment.You would be responsible for promoting the health and social wellbeing of our residents through your excellent clinical skills and commitment to delivering person-centered care. You will also have primary responsibility for supervising, motivating and supporting a team of Support Workers.This is a vibrant and busy home environment where no two days are the same!You will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current registration, and have the flexibility to work a combination of day and night shifts.
