Your new company
You will be joining an international organisation in their brand new Birmingham City Centre offices alongside the current Accounts Payable team as a Purchase Ledger Clerk. This company deals mostly in the distribution of goods and are established in this market.
Your new role
You will be working closely with another Purchase Ledger Clerk. You will be tasked with processing invoices and handling queries, inter company expenses, payment runs, BACS payments and more. You will need to be experienced in all facets of Accounts Payable.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a solid grasp of the Accounts Payable process as a whole, you will currently be doing Purchase Ledger or have done so in the recent past. You will be someone that always displays a professional attitude who shows initiative and a positive energy. More specifically it is required that you have experience with or are currently using SAP.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a generous salary between £19,000-£22,000 per annum depending on experience alongside great work benefits. You will get 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, you have access to discounted shares, a great pension scheme and extras like healthcare/childcare options. Operating hours are between 9AM-5PM with an hour lunch everyday meaning a 35 hour work week which does have the option of flexible hours.
