Digital Marketing Executive
About the role:
We have a unique and exciting role for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the Group’s Commercial Marketing team. In this new role, you’ll take the lead in delivering content-based marketing programmes that increase/ maintain awareness, interest, desire and uptake of our products.This involves gathering a deep understanding of our audiences and the markets in which we operate in order to develop content that drives engagement at all stages of the customer cycle.Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Management of all digital platforms to ensure that they showcase the brand and product, whilst driving brand awareness, advocacy and sales.Researching and developing audience personas to generate targeted contentMaximising visibility and reach of content assets through SEO, use of owned channels as well third-party channels such as trade press and social media outletsPlan and execute all; Web, SEO, email, social media and display campaign activityOwnership and delivery of high impact marketing campaigns which deliver substantial ROI and increased brand awarenessExperience across multiple channels and broad digital skills across; Web, email marketing and social media activities.Experience managing external and internal stakeholdersBuilding content calendars that ensure the right content is pushed out through the right channels and at the right timePlanning, developing and copywriting/ storyboarding content in all formats including press releases, opinion pieces, webinars, videos, case studies, newsletters etcTracking, measuring and analysing all communications activity in order to optimise and inform marketing investmentsWorking with and managing day-to-day relationships with creative agenciesSupporting the wider Commercial teams with the development of tools that support sales activityCoordinating trade shows together with the commercial team.Formulating and leading product specific campaigns
About you:
You will have a minimum of 5 years’ digital marketing experience and be a passionate, hard-working self-starter with a strong commercial mind-set. An extraordinary team player and communicator, you will think customer-first in all endeavours to get the job done well. This is a very diverse and rewarding role and the successful candidate must possess:Demonstrable success in conceiving and implementing content-based marketing programmes across the full marketing mixInternational Marketing experienceCommercial Business backgroundSEO savvy with strong copywriting skills and the ability to turn the technical into compelling concepts, stories and assetsStrong analytical ability to translate data and insights into marketing solutionsA natural blend of creativity, pragmatism and agility coupled with technical experience in order to drive objectives and deliver to time and budget.Thorough understanding of how to measure the impact of marketing through analytics platforms/ tools, such as Google Analytics and ExcelAn assertive, professional and solutions-led approach to managing work and communicationConfidence and courage of conviction to sell your ideas to stakeholdersExperience of stakeholder and agency managementGood attention to detail and a complete finisher.Needs product marketing experience.Digital marketing experience.Digital campaigns experience.Can measure success.
