This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has demonstrable commercial 1st Line, Service Desk, Desktop or Help Desk support experience to push towards 2nd line and join a forward thinking business that will invest in your future in the way of training and paid technical exams.
The 1st/2nd Line Support / Service Desk Analyst / Help Desk Analyst/ Desktop Support Engineer will support over 5000 + users, working collaboratively as part of a wider team.

- Active Directory User management
- Microsoft Server 2003 - 2016
- Backup Technologies
- Laptop/desktop and thin client support
- Mail Support - Connectivity to Outlook/ Exchange / 0365/ Public Folders etc.
- Microsoft Windows 7 / 8.1 /10 /
- Handheld Device Support - iPhone, Android, windows mobile
- Microsoft Office 2013/16/365 for Windows
- Desirable Experience
- Apple MAC Support Expoerience.
