A Real Estate Lawyer position working for a leading international law firm in London.

Your new role
This law firm's Commercial Development and Investment team is looking for a Real Estate Lawyer to join its' practice group. The firm has one of the largest Real Estate practice groups in the country, acting for a broad range of clients across many types of commercial assets. You will be advising clients on the full life cycle of an asset from acquisition, development (including large scale regeneration), management and lettings, through to the sale of all types of property which will include mixed-use offices, shopping centres, the private rented sector, and retirement and student accommodation. You will be advising national housebuilders, property companies, institutions, funds, social housing providers and private clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will require a minimum 2.1 degree from a reputable university, demonstrate a solid track record of property work, with at least 3 year's post qualification experience within a private practice team. You will need to be able to demonstrate commitment to property or real estate as a legal specialism. You will need to work well in a team and have experience of establishing and maintaining long term client relationships will also be advantageous.
