E-Commerce Marketing Executive - Bradford

An exciting NEW opportunity has arisen for an Ecommerce Marketing Executive to work for the UK’s leading independent distributor of market leading brands of industrial compressed air, pneumatic, electro-mechanical motion control and fluid handling equipment.

Thorite is the key link in providing solutions for any problem today's industrial manufacturing companies have to face in installing, maintaining, designing, and building process and automation control systems.

Due to the continued growth of our business we have created this new role to be responsible for the look and feel of the company’s online presence. You will be tasked with generating significant sales growth through the Webstore and E-Marketing in line with company expectations.

You must have digital marketing experience, with an in depth understanding of web design and web analytic software. You must have the ability to critique and advise on e-commerce. Ideally you will be competent in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Google Analytics and have a working knowledge of attribution modelling, A/B testing and Google AdWords. A full driving licence is required.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Managing all our online and social media activities
  • Creating and maintaining our online business plan and implement
  • Maintaining a sound working knowledge of current, and be ahead of the game for future, online trends
  • Updating our website to appeal to current and future customers
  • Developing and growing all on-line business activity
  • Identifying and implementing changes necessary to create the framework and mechanism for webstore growth
  • Constantly maintaining, modifying and fine tuning those changes
  • Provide analytic reports of online sales and performance
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, CMS, Social Media, Email marketing.
  • Reviewing suitability of third party selling platforms
