My client, based in South Manchester has a requirement for a 1st/2nd Line Support to join their busy service desk.

The Role:

In this varied role you will the first point of contact for all technical issues, you will be responsible for providing assistance where possible before logging a ticket and escalating to 2nd/3rd Line Support.

The Person:

The suitable candidate will have experience working on a busy service desk supporting the below technologies:

Microsoft Office


Windows Desktop

Active Directory

Basic Networking knowledge (DHCP / DNS)
