Are you looking for temporary work? My client a well reputable housing group are looking for an experienced planned repairs manager to join their team. This role is to provide effective management for all trades delivering repairs and planned replacements.
As the repairs manager you will monitor the budgets and timing on all works which include day to day, void works, planned works and inspections.
Knowledge and skills required:
- Positive attitude
- Motivate staff and manage staff effectively
- Demonstrate IT skills
- Up to date knowledge of health and safety
- Experience in social housing/ building knowledge/ trade background
- Good organisation skills / communications skills
- Meeting deadlines
This is a temporary position for around 3-4 months. Salary is negotiable and can be discussed with the right candidate
