The Position An exciting opportunity to join one of the most successful retailers in the UK, working as a Store Manager. The role of a Store Manager is to maximise sales, whilst ensuring an efficient and co-operative working environment, excellent customer service and maintain the highest possible standards of store presentation. Store Managers lead a team of up to 3 Assistant Stores Managers in addition to a larger team of Deputy Store Managers. The role will require making decisions and having the necessary skills in all aspects of their role as well as taking complete responsibility for the running of the store.

Applicants You will need to demonstrate a strong grasp and awareness of inventory controls and productivity, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and focus on sales development. If you thrive on working in a fast paced environment with ever changing priorities then this could be a great opportunity. You will need to be organised, flexible and positive in your approach to work. The position requires retail management with strong leadership skills who are capable of training and developing the team within the store. The position will attract retailers from a wide range of retail management backgrounds, including fast food, supermarket, DIY and fashion chains who can demonstrate strong management experience with the ability to motivate a team.
