We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager with a strong combination of core marketing skills as well as digital expertise. The successful candidate will work directly with the Marketing Director to implement and deliver the strategic marketing plan, and be responsible for executing integrated marketing tactics that drive traffic to our websites and generate demand to help meet revenue targets. Analysis and reporting of our marketing and product performance using Google Analytics and database software will be a core aspect of this role.

The Role

Plan and execute cross channel digital marketing campaigns (e.g. email, content distribution, social) to ensure an integrated plan that aligns with business goals

Coordinate the creation, management, and optimization of content, digital creative and media plans (e.g. reports, infographics, online video, banners, landing pages)

Manage all PPC, SEO and affiliates activities, providing regular reporting from Google Analytics and advising on improvements

Be able to utilise and advise on CRM best practice and database management, to effectively drive email marketing campaigns, identify target markets and improve customer relationships

Writing marketing copy for campaigns and promotional briefs

Increase customer engagement through social media brand engagement activities

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against KPIs

Identify trends and insights; optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be highly data driven and analytical, with the ability to spot new trends in the digital world and navigate the best way to increase a brand's digital presence, whilst also maintaining its brand image and reputation.

3+ years experience in B2B digital marketing in a relevant role

Strong verbal and written communication skills and a clear attention to detail

Content creation experience with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver results

Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and website CMS a must

Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Adwords

Experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Line management experience or keen to move into a management role

Bachelor's degree required
