(Server/O365/Azure) 2nd Line Cloud Support Engineer / Second Line Engineer sought by an established and rapidly growing Cloud Services provider based in Oxford.

As the 2nd Line Cloud Support Engineer you will join an expanding Cloud Operations team to deliver a varied technical support and operations programme, which will include the support, provision and management of Azure based solutions and services. Duties will include handling escalations from the first line related to Azure/O365/Cisco Meraki issues, handling through to resolution or escalating to 3rd line if needed.

As a rapidly growing company, there could be strong opportunities to progress, and you will have the opportunity to attend training and workshops on the latest and yet-to-be released technologies.
