In this role the successful candidate as SFDC Delivery Manager will initially be responsible for leading delivery teams to build and deliver world class custom solutions successfully on Salesforce/

Suitable candidates will be certified subject matter experts in, and specialise in project delivery, team leading/mentoring and client relationship management. They will be able to fully utilise OOB features of, designing solutions using the API, APEX, visualforce and other tools to extend the product to meet client needs.

Successful candidates will be able to communicate clearly and confidently, leading both technical briefings and business requirement gathering sessions. They will be able to document requirements clearly and concisely, author technical documents and bring quality assurance to deliveries. Candidates will be able to manage client expectations and scope effectively.

Suitable candidates will be highly experienced using Agile (SCRUM) delivery approach and understand the importance of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle Principles) and SFDC development best practice principles.


    Lead project team meetings and meetings with the customerRecruitment of SFDC SME’s for roles within the development teamHave challenging conversations regarding budget, resources and timeline and formally capture and communicate outcomes of those meetingsBe the cornerstone of the relationship with the client and main source of communicationsEstablish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with project stakeholders by providing vision and future product roadmapManage budgets, planning, timelines, resources, scope, change requests, status reportingDrive process analysis and process redesignProduce detailed project plans that meet customer requirementsDocument and gain approval for customer requirements definitionParticipate in authoring and review of technical solution documentsSupport user acceptance testing efforts as neededParticipate in training, design, documentation and delivery efforts in concert with other team membersParticipate in internal projects and Sales proposal development as requiredWrite and review QA and UAT test scriptsManage UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoffAuthor user training and handover documentation as necessaryLeverage business knowledge and cloud expertise to drive business process improvements

Must Have: Admin Certification (ADM201) Sales or Service Cloud (Consultant certification)Deep experience with configuration and custom developmentDeep experience implementing enterprise-wide CRM applications on schedule and within budgetDeep experience being directly responsibility for managing project teams, budget and scheduleOutstanding and effective communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to extract and document business and technical requirements and to produce detailed project plans and estimatesStrong external consulting experience, including of CRM consulting; and hands-on experience with one or more CRM software product such as Siebel, Oracle, Veeva, Microsoft dynamics CRM, NetSuite, etc.Ability to lead both small and enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate meetings, mentoring junior team members and effectively managing client escalationsAbility to multi-task and perform effectively under pressureDesirable:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/ or Information Technology or equivalent experiencePMP or PRINCE2 CertificationADM501 (Adv. Admin) certificationDEV401 (Developer Certification)Experience with business process expertise around Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or Vertical (i.e. Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, and Communications etc.)Application development experience with Java, XML, HTTP, Java, C++, ASP
