We have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce & Digital Marketing Assistant to join a friendly and professional online sales team for a young menswear brand based in Hertfordshire.

You will play a key role in a small team, developing and implementing new ways of driving the business forward by planning and executing effective digital strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:-

·Day-to-day management of digital activities

·Execute email marketing campaigns, including email building, testing, and campaign performance tracking

·Develop and execute social media strategy

·Manage third party agency’s performance monitoring and optimization of PPC campaigns

·Traffic and campaign analysis including making recommendations to optimize performance

·Monitor the business KPI’s and optimize campaigns in order to reach targets

·Daily management of revenue and sales spreadsheet

·Photograph new products

·Create imagery and content for all online platforms

·Optimize SEO

·Create and optimize listings

·Support the Ecommerce Sales Manager in ad-hoc tasks related to Amazon UK, Amazon US and EBAY

·Ensure all online sales channels are optimized

·Organise and direct ecommerce photoshoots

·Liaise with third party agency for software and web development needs

Key Characteristics:-

·1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within digital marketing/ecommerce

·Self-driven and team player

·A digital background in digital metrics with experience and ease in using Google Analytics

·Good knowledge of Excel

·Knowledge of any ESP beneficial

·Knowledge of any CMS beneficial

·Good all round digital marketing channel experience in executing effective email, organic, SEO and Social campaigns

·Prior experience optimising copy and imagery for digital campaigns

·Good knowledge of Photoshop

·Quick learner, keen to pick up and master new systems and tools

·Highly organised with attention to detail

·Enthusiastic team member with a positive can-do attitude and desire to succeed
