We’re looking for an analytical, experienced and creative Email Marketing specialist to be based in our Edinburgh or London office to to work on scaling our marketing and growth activities for the business activities and partnerships globally. You’ll be responsible for building email campaigns, driving forward our email and website channels. You will continually experiment to optimise and improve results and assist in developing new email and digital strategies. You will have in-depth knowledge and experience of email as a marketing channel and of managing websites.

What we are looking for

    Previous job experience in an email marketing roleHave experience of working in a lean and agile environment with hands on experience of relevant techniques and toolsProven experience of email marketing, including strategy, building, managing and sending email campaigns and of managing website CMSProficient use of tools e.g. Hubspot or similar email tool, Salesforce, website CMS e.g. Squarespace, Tableau, Google AnalyticsBasic HTMLYou will build and manage email and other emerging comms channel campaigns across our partners and business clientsYou will perform targeting/segmentation alongside stakeholder teams that result in aligned and detail oriented marketing plans for internal and external channelsManagement of onsite content and performance of the website in SEO rankingsYou will help define and execute the communication and marketing strategyExamine and analyse growth figures to advise on and monitor marketing campaigns and promotional activities, as well as suggesting creative experiments and tests to continually improve and drive growthIdentify and develop new opportunities for improving the user experience of our communicationsPlan and monitor surveys to analyse reactions to product and drive retention
