A globally renowned media company are looking to add the talents of a Finance Analyst to their team. The company are going from strength to strength and are looking to bring someone in on the basis that the current person in the role has been promoted.

The role will involve you collecting, preparing and presenting financial information to the company stakeholders - meaning that you will need to possess excellent presentation skills and an excellent analytical ability. You will also be preparing and compiling budgets as well as providing month end reports. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and development of relevant reporting and information systems in addition to other ad hoc duties and projects. As the Junior Financial Analyst you will be integrated in the publishing process, liaising frequently with in house departments (e.g. Editorial, Sales, Rights and Production). The Junior Finance Analyst is also expected to work closely with other members of the Finance teams both within their particular area and outside of it.

To be considered you will have one - two years experience in accounts with experience in analysis. You will also be someone who is IT literate who is able to create pivot tables and v-look ups. Knowledge of SAP, Business Objects, PPS and Vista would be advantageous but not essential. You will also be studying or about to begin studying for a professional qualification i.e. ACCA or CIMA.
