A leading Lloyd's Syndicate with a strong reputation on the market who are expanding their change team. They are rearranging their organisation, processes and systems and are developing their capacity for change. This role is London-based though the organisation also have a global presence.
Your new role
As a Business Analyst you will be involved in a range of projects aimed at improving operational processes and systems. Tasks include working with the business and IT to act as a buffer and ensure both parties needs are taken into consideration. The role involves capturing requirements, documentation, coordinating UAT, process mapping and hosting steering committees.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong background in Business Analysis, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also a must. An insurance background is beneficial otherwise experience of working on projects in financial services is important.
