Head of Quality - Gloucester
Looking for a new exciting Quality role with a charitable organisation?I am working with a fantastic not for profit organisation who are looking for a Head of Quality Improvement. The main purpose of this role is to lead the development and implementation of Quality Strategy and a culture which embeds continuous quality improvement throughout the organisation.You will be a member of the senior leadership team and will be a highly visible, proactive and accessible clinical leader in the organisation. This will involve providing expert professional advice, leading and contributing to the development of policy and strategy in relation to clinical governance, quality improvement and compliance with regulatory and best practice standards. You will work in partnership with colleagues and other health and social care professionals to facilitate the delivery of a high quality, safe and effective service.We are looking for an exceptional individual with a proven track record of improving quality within a health or social care setting. You will be committed to working collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across more than 85 sites, providing visible clinical leadership.
