Leading a very capable and experienced team, and working in collaboration with the Senior Management Team you will be monitoring, assessing and implementing new procedures to raise standards and increase the overall performance of the pupils. You will develop and mentor the staffing team and recognise training requirements to maintain high performance ratings. This Specialist Educational School has a deserved reputation for ensuring positive outcomes for complex learners, who have often used their challenging behaviour as a basis for communication prior to placement.
