We're looking to interview for an Internal Recruiter for a social care company based in the Potters bar area. You'll be responsible for recruiting care assistants and support workers who will provide care to the company's clients in their own homes. You'll need experience of recruiting previously, as an internal recruiter or recruitment consultant. On offer is a salary of £20-22,000 and the opportunity to work for a great care provider who are rapidly expanding across the country. The Role The company are a privately owned with an established presence across the UK and a reputation for providing the highest quality of service and care. You will take responsibility for recruiting at one of their key sites. To assist you, they provide access to the main job websites and databases. They also offer excellent rates of pay and benefits for all levels of staff so that won't be a barrier to you either.As you'd expect, day to day you will be tasked with- Advertising roles- Searching internal and external databases- Interviewing candidates- Managing the recruitment process- Making job offers- Overseeing the 'post offer' process including reference / DBS checking.The Successful Candidate What they really need though is someone who is capable of building and managing an existing pipeline of talent. You'll need to have expeirence of managing volume recruitment, from souring for candidates to post offer paperwork compliance.
