Dean Healthcare are currently working with one of our well-established clients, to recruit a Support Workers, in Witney.The roles is working 30 hours per week.You will be working as part of a team, supporting 3 adults, 1 males and 2 females, with learning disabilities.You will assist the service users in their daily lives, by promoting independence, both in the home and out in the community.Experience is not necessary, as all training will be provided.Your duties may include:Prompting or assisting with personal careAccompanying service users out in the communityAssisting with meal preparationAssisting with keeping the home clean and tidyEncouraging service users to continue with their hobbiesAdministrative dutiesProviding person centred care to each service userWe're looking for someone whom:is responsibleis motivatedis trustworthyhas good communication skillsis encouraging and patientExperience is advantageous, although not essentialThe salary for this role is £13,338per annum plus a sleep in rate of £1488per annum.
