Job Setting
One of the UK`s leading healthcare organisations requires a dedicated Unit Manager to work within one of their beautiful nursing homes in Horley, Surrey. My nationwide client provides nursing services to the Elderly with dementia and other nursing needs. You will have excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach.

The role offers 40 hours a week, days, up to £19/hr. You will be responsible fo a team of nurses and care assistants, actively involved in their training and development.

Unit Manager Skills and responsibilities

- Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
- Wound management
- Administering oxygen
- Putting together treatment plans
- Overseeing a team of nurses and care assistants
- Assisting Senior Management in the running of the home

- Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Unit Manager Requirements

- Hold a relevant nursing qualification
- Be registered with the NMC
- Have satisfactory references
- Have the right to work in the UK
