Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Permanent: 37 hours per week

Our Client administers the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme (PCSPS) and provides pensions to over 1.5 million people. They have in-depth knowledge and expertise in the administration of Defined Benefit pension schemes and provide tailored services to more than 300 Government employers. Also, through their Training and Employee Engagement Service, they offer training on a wide range of pension related topics and legislative change.

As part of an ongoing transformation, an opportunity has arisen for a Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst to join the Portfolio and Change team in Liverpool. This is a permanent, full time position.

Within the role you will be responsible for supporting the Portfolio and Change team to successfully deliver all major programmes and change. Ensuring appropriate project governance across the portfolio via reporting and project audits, you will facilitate the effective management of the project portfolio whilst acting as a gateway for change and being a central point of information.

This role will suit an experienced PMO analyst with strong skills in the Microsoft toolset including Access, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. With the desire to provide an efficient and high-quality service to all stakeholders, you will have excellent skills across project governance, planning and assurance. A knowledge of structured project management methodologies is key as is having a proactive, organised, flexible and enthusiastic approach, coupled with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your own work.
