Account Handler - Leatherhead

About the Role:
Work very closely with expert Account Executives who will support and nurture you. Daily duties will involve servicing client accounts within the renewals process including administration, preparation of presentations to insurers, negotiating premiums with underwriters, processing adjustments and preparing client reports and other documentation as required.

Key Responsibilities
·Focus entirely on the support needs of your clients reflected in first class communication and having customer needs at the centre of your actions.
·Creating renewals documents, handling the mid-term adjustments and also designing new quotes for customers.
·Ensure all client details are recorded accurately and entered onto Acturis quickly
·Adopt organisational excellence, ensuring cover is in place by renewal date to meet client needs.
·Demonstrate your exceptional time keeping ability and your practical approach to multi-tasking.
·Look after Insurer queries for clients' policies, assist clients with their queries on a day to day basis relating to existing policies
·Liaise with insurers regarding potential changes and new terms for policies. Confirm cover with relevant insurers, process policies and chase up outstanding documentation when required.
·Handle account queries and credit control matters highlighting any concerns to account managers on time - Prepare Invoices, Registers and other documentations.
·Understand and apply legal and regulatory policies as required.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills
·Experience of working with clients and colleagues, demonstrate excellent customer service and the ability to negotiate
·Strong administration skills.
·Worked to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieved SLA's
·Rapport-building experience along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and to have strong customer service focus
·Risk aware in handling customer information
·Identify potential risk/issues and seek advice/consultation when required by using due diligence
·Strong planning and analytical skills along with accuracy and attention to detail
