This warm and friendly care home provides residential, nursing, palliative and respite care for elderly residents, some of whom have dementia or physical disabilities. Staff morale is very high and there is a really welcoming atmosphere to the home.The service has achieved a good CQC report in its most recent inspection, so this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-run home and make a difference to the patients' lives. This home is part of a reputable and forward-thinking healthcare organisation with excellent benefits - they invest fully in their staff, offering career progression, development and extensive training.The home manager is looking for a passionate Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them to ensure the smooth running of the home. Previous management experience within a similar setting is essential for this position.Person Specification: We are looking for a qualified Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered).
