As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for bank reconciliations, maintenance of both purchase and sales ledgers, ensuring efficient and timely management of the company's financial records.

Description

Based in the head office in Christchurch, as a Finance Assistant the successful candidate will be responsible for bank reconciliations and the maintenance of both purchase and sales ledgers and processing invoices, to ensure the efficient and timely management of the company's financial records.

Profile

To be successful in your application for Finance Assistant, you will have:

  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • Good Excel ability.
  • Good work ethic and determination.
  • Experience with Sage 200 desirable not essential.
