Clinical Team Leader (RMN/RNLD) required - up to £38KNorwich - Low Secure CAMHS/PICU - Leading Private Provider - Relocation Allowance A passionate and experienced senior RMN/RNLD is required to work on a permanent basis at a private, low-secure psychiatric hospital on the outskirts of Norfolk. This position offers an attractive salary of between £36K and £38K dependent on experience, alongside a competitive benefits package and career development pathways. The hospital provides specialist inpatient CAMHS care for up to 40 individuals suffering with a range of mental health conditions and are therefore detained under the Mental Health Act. The conditions treated here include personality disorder, psychosis, PTSD and mild learning disabilities, and those who have criminal histories may also be cared for here. Each service user has their own personalised rehabilitative programme, aimed at progressing the individual to a less restrictive setting, thereby enhancing quality of life, social skills and future opportunities. As Clinical Team Leader (RMN/RNLD), you will work towards a CQUIN accreditation programme, aimed at enhancing quality schemes throughout the hospital and managing patient safety and clinical effectiveness. You will be a proven leader, capable of motivating and supervising healthcare teams, developing skillsets and undertaking regular appraisals. You will have in depth knowledge of the core components of CAMHS, and be experienced in liaising with the CQC, clients and their families. The implementation, review and evaluation of person-centred, effective care plans will be another key area of your role, whilst ensuring that standards of care are always maintained and continuously improved.
