I am recruiting for a Care Manager - Supported Living, Learning Disabilities to join my client and take responsibility for a cluster of supported living services located just North of the Liverpool area.These services specifically support people with learning disabilities meaning we need someone who has also worked with this client group.This company are market leaders within their field and the successful Care Manager will be rewarded with;25 days holiday plus bank holidaysContributory company pension match up to 3%Sick payOngoing progression opportunitiesIn-house discount scheme to include money off restaurants and cash back from high street shops Locations commutable to these services include; Bootle, Liverpool, Ormskirk, Formby, Chorley, Preston, Southport, Wigan, St Helens, Skelmersdale, Leigh, Ashton-in-Makerfield, Lytham, Crosby, Knowsley, Prescot, Huyton, Widnes, Sefton, Warrington, Walton-le-Dale.*A Full UK Driving License with access to a car is essential The Position:Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited too;- Ensure high levels of care and support are consistently provided throughout each service- Support a team of Support Workers, Seniors and Team Leaders across the locality- Consistently promote service user independence The Person:- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care as minimum, with willingness to work towards Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management (if not already held)- Background of managing services that support people with learning disabilities, ideally within a similar supported living setting- Able to effectively manage a team across multiple servicesInterested?
