Ward Manager (RGN/RMN) vacancy - Bristol - Brain Injury/NeurorehabilitationSupernumerary and Nursing Split - Band 7 Equivalent salary I am working with a private hospital just outside of central Bristol, specialising in brain injury, neurological and cognitive rehabilitation care, and there is an exciting opportunity available for a senior, accomplished Registered Nurse to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. An attractive Band 7 equivalent salary is being offered, alongside an extensive employee benefits package and ongoing CPD. This hospital treats adults who are suffering with severe physical and neurological conditions and issues arising from a brain injury, either through illness or through a traumatic event. Service users arrive here after being treated in an acute environment, and they receive intensive rehabilitation from a team of experienced psychiatrists, SLTs, OTs and nurses. This hospital is recognised as a regional centre of excellence, with an outstanding reputation amongst patients and their families. Furthermore, the hospital works closely with local NHS Trusts, ensuring that patient outcomes are positive and contribute to long-term wellness. In your role as Ward Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality nursing care and rehabilitation and provision of nursing standards. You will utilise strong leadership skills, regularly supervise all healthcare staff and encourage CPD, ensuring that the MDT work cohesively. Quality management and KPI management will also be key responsibilities, as well as keeping up to date with all legislation, standards and frameworks i.e. MCA, DoLS etc. On-call duties will be performed as required, as well as being heavily involved with the hospital's governance team.
