Clinical Lead Vacancy £39,520-£43,680 Per Annum (40 Hours)Croydon, SurreyAn excellent opportunity for an experienced nursing professional to join this top provider of nursing homes in Croydon as a Care Home Clinical Lead!!!!The provider is looking for a qualified registered nurse RGN or RMN to lead, plan and manage the delivery of high quality nursing care to its residents. You also have substantial experience of Gerontology, including strong clinical skills with PEG, venipuncture and catheters. What’s more, you can share this knowledge effectively, as you’ve shown through successful clinical mentorship, and strong clinical performance management. Finally, you also have a strong awareness of both clinical policy framework and Royal Pharmaceutical Guidelines.The successful candidate will be required to:• Hold a current NMC registration as a registered Nurse.• Have up to date knowledge of clinical practices and a strong understanding of relevant regulatory care compliance.• An awareness of clinical policy framework, DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.• Experience of working in an older person setting and producing well developed care plans, leading a clinical team and a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.This home is conveniently located in East Croydon with good transport links to Central Croydon and surrounding local areas.
