3rd Line Support Engineer (IT/Technician)

£40,000 + 5% Pension + 25 Days Holiday (Increases in time)


3rd Line Support Engineer required for leading design and manufacturing company. The company have a culture of entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and high standards.

The successful candidate will feel confident delivering 2nd and 3rd line support to a successful manufacturing business. The successful candidate will hold an ITIL Foundation qualification or be educated to degree level, preferred not essential. Those with a Cisco CCNA or equivalent network qualification will be a strong advantage.

The role itself is working for a successful manufacturing company, you will working within a team of 1st and 2nd line support technicians. You and the departmental manager will provide 3rd line support to the business. You will manage the company’s messaging infrastructure as well as install, support and maintain the network infrastructure. This will involve monitoring network performance and creating and maintaining user accounts and user permissions.
