If you can answer YES to all 3 of these questions, we would like to hear from you!RoleWe are seeking to appoint an occupationally experienced, driven, enthusiastic, Digital Marketer to join our Apprenticeship Assessor/Trainer delivery team, who will be comfortable with both assessing in the workplace, and delivering workshops to apprentices in groups sizes of between 5 - 8.Full training and support will be provided to get the relevant qualifications, in order to deliver the apprenticeships in Digital marketing, and become a fully qualified Apprenticeship Assessor.The appointment will be on a full time, permanent basis, working with Learners across the northwest region, and visiting Learners within the workplace.The role will be to teach, coach and assess Learners in a variety of digital marketing areas, including social media, and creative and digital media.The ideal Candidate will have at least 2-3 years’ solid experience, within a similar role.To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate: knowledge in coding (HTML 5 for example) with the principles and logic. Digital marketing principles, strategies and techniques.Approaches and techniques that are applicable to Marketing Business Principles.The Candidate must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and the ability to communicate technically to users at various levels of technical ability.After successful training, your job role will include the following:·Ensuring Learners are inducted into apprenticeship programmes, and are fully aware of assessment methods/progress reviews, in line with agreed procedures.·Delivering all aspects of Apprenticeship frameworks, in Digital Marketing, and Social Media, within the agreed completion timescales.·Planning and agreeing work programmes and assessment/review plans with Learners and employers.·Visiting Learners in their workplace, and training and assessing them in their progress, towards the End Point Assessment, in their Apprenticeship / standard qualification.·Maintaining up to date documentation on Learners’ progression, building and developing relationships with Employers.·Maintaining paperwork and records to the required standard.·Delivering “Off the job training”, as per the schedule and frequency, agreed between the Employer and Knowledge Web·Ensuring the Learners receive timely reviews and assessment of progress in their workplace.·Ensuring learners follow the agreed Programme and schedule.·Tracking and monitoring processes, to be embedded, to ensure data and records are accessible and accurate.·Carrying out Health & Safety Risk Assessments, and ensuring appropriate H&S documentation has been completed for all learners.Salary & BenefitsStarting £25 k ( Salary increased after successful completion of training, and apprentice progression and grading's analysis )22 days plus Bank holidaysTravel expensesMobile phone + LaptopThis role requires you are a car owner/driver with a clean driving licence.The company will need to conduct an enhanced DBS check.
