Excellent 8 Month Fixed Term Contract - Finance Assistant opportunity - Rugby

A delivery company in rugby are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a 8 month Fixed term basis.

Main responsibilities for the Sales Ledger Clerk will be:

  • Raising weekly sales invoices
  • Liaising with customers and ensuring debt is collected in a timely manner
  • Processing of manual key forms and emergency/same day payments for suppliers
  • Produce weekly reconciliations for priority accounts
  • Monitoring & clearing emails received into central finance mailbox
  • Accurate and timely resolution of supplier and site queries.
  • Producing daily stats reports
  • Making payroll amendments and emergency/same day payments for employees
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Purchase order control and administration
  • Production of adhoc reports as per business requirements
  • Adhoc duties as necessary

You will:

  • Be interested in starting a career in finance, or have some credit control experience
  • Be a strong communicator and able to manage internal and external relationships
  • Be highly organised and efficient
