C++ Software Engineer - Algorithm Design - Cambridge

An expanding technology house, based in Cambridge, is looking for an experienced C++ software engineer to work on a range of complex software engineering projects for highly advanced technologies and sectors.

You will be based on site in Cambridge, but working on projects for clients across the globe. Specifically, the type of projects you will be approached to work on will be highly complex problems that will require advanced algorithm development.

The large majority of your work will be using C++, so it is essential that you have a good level of experience using C++ within industry. Due to the complex nature of the work it will be ideal if you have worked within the scientific, medical devices, physics, data science or another complex field that would have tested your algorithm design skills.

A large percentage of their current projects involve microcontroller development, so it would be highly advantageous if you have experience in microcontroller development already.

It is expected that you would hold a degree within a computer science, software, electronics, physics or another relevant field.

When successful in this role, you will be rewarded with an excellent starting salary, benefits package, career progression and the chance to work on some of the most complex problems you could imagine.

There will be a lot of interest in this role due to the nature of the work, so if you are interested I suggest applying for the role now or risk missing out.
