What is the purpose of this role?

CMR Ltd have an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital product marketing manager to join our clients growing digital team in, Berkshire.

The Digital product marketing manager will be the key point of contact for Marketing Services and will collaborate and brief digital teams for delivery of non-service propositions.

The successful candidate will confidently drive customer engagement of products and propositions at point of launch and post-launch. You will also need to be able to work with the digital teams to review solutions for new propositions as well as providing clear descriptions of requirements for Digital that align to their strategic objectives, whilst collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the agreed objectives are met, and continuous optimisation is prioritised.

What will this role involve? Key responsibilities of the Digital product marketing manager: You will be the point of contact for all things Marketing Services e.g. Corporate, Developer Services, Wholesale, Community and others, ensuring all Digital elements are clearly articulated and where possible, propositions are designed digital first

Run roadmap of activity that aligns to all Customer plans and liaise with and manage external suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop new and existing products and propositions to ensure they are delivered within budget, on-deadline and in-line with brand and legal guidelines.

Innovate planning and problem solving to manage volume of demand and non-BAU deliverables.

Be involved in virtual teams planning launches and content deliverables.

Contribute to Marketing plans by providing input / advice back out to stakeholders.

Deliver on-going optimisation to continuously improve engagement metrics.

Act upon insight from site and customer date and implement test and learn and propose action.

What skills are they looking for? The ideal candidate will be commercially aware of how digital execution will contribute to objectives and align with Digital KPI’s.

They are keen to see candidates who are able to demonstrate a passionate for creating and developing brilliant customer experiences.

You will be an experienced digital and marketing professional with proven experience in a digital experience related role as well as having excellent interpersonal skills - with the ability to deal with individuals at all levels of the company and articulate technical issues in a straightforward manner.

You will be solutions and outcomes focussed whilst incorporating innovation and creativity and ideally have experience of working with external agencies and in-house/off-shore developers

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Web analytics programmes -and Google Analytics, web content management systems - ideally Sitecore and have a understanding of website accessibility standards
