Our client is part of a small but expanding private company and is now seeking a strong sous chef with a minimum of 2AA rosette experience cooking seasonal Modern British food that includes an all-day dining and tasting menus
This delightful hotel and company requires a stable and proven Sous Chef to deliver quality and consistency using seasonal and local produce for the hotel’s restaurant and 10 bedrooms.
Working within a team of chefs you will be responsible alongside the head chef in the daily running of the kitchen creating the seasonal modern menus and be responsible for the training and wellbeing of the staff as sous chef
