As part of our continued growth and expansion plans, we are now looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join our Quality Team.

The Role: You will have responsible for overseeing all Quality Assurance functions to ensure we achieve the highest levels of quality within all of our processes.


Key responsibilities:

Implement and support all teams on procedures, working methods and SOP`s

Maintain QMS and QA database update and filing system

Perform analysis to documents (forms and registers) to provide information on accuracy of data collected, suitability of forms to specific tasks, detect improvement paths; collect data and prepare evaluations to all documents

Perform verifications / inspections, on a weekly basis, and report inconsistencies


We are looking for:

Good working knowledge of certified Quality Management Systems - 9001 internal audit certification is a must

2 years previous experience in a similar role

A self-starter able to work on a project basis

Great attention to detail, organisational and methodical skills

A hands-on, communicative and open approach to working in teams

A pragmatic problem solver with a proven track record in delivering results

Good Excel reporting skills

Knowledge of cosmetic standards and/or medical devices would be advantageous
