Brewster Pratap are recruiting an experienced Credit Controller/ Accounts Assistant for a business based in Sheffield City Centre.
The position is part time, 20 hours per week (flexible) to cover maternity leave and does require an immediate start.
Reporting to the Company Accountant Key responsibilities will include:
Credit Control using written and verbal communication
Dealing with all queries
Liaising with internal staff, customers and third parties as required
Bank postings for numerous company banks
Processing sales and purchase invoices
Any other ad hoc duties as required
Previous Credit Control / Accounts experience is essential
You will be IT literate including working knowledge of Excel
Good communication skills are essential
Experience of working in a fast paced, busy environment is essential
You must be a self starter, able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative
