Our client is seeking a Permanent Receptionist to join a private Hospital just off Harley Street. You will be meeting, helping patients, and would also be able to take on some administrative tasks.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the busy reception area. Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Able to deal with difficult situations in a polite, friendly, efficient manner. Ability to prioritise a heavy workload and proactively make remedial changes when necessary. Able to easily build rapport with patients and visitors remaining calm and positive in all work situations. Show strong Leadership and mentoring skills.

As this is a customer facing role in an extremely busy hospital, you must be polite, confident and presentable at all times. You will need to have an excellent, professional, telephone manner and be willing to assist in other areas should the need arise.

The working hours are between 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and will include some weekend shifts. There is also realistic career opportunities for the right person.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years experience working within a Private Medical Practice, or 2 years experience in a hospital setting.
