Supported Living Manager / Registered Manager needed to manage high quality supported living services for adults with learning disabilities in Barnet. This is a 12 month contract post initially working for a well-established, provider of services across the UK. You'll be overseeing a cluster of services in the Barnet area, ensuring high quality person centred care and support is delivered in each. On offer is an attractive salary of £32,000. The Role This is a 12 month maternity cover contract, where you will be fulfilling the duties of a CQC registered manager, however due to the nature of the contract will not need to become registered. You'll oversee a cluster of supported living services, totalling 16 clients and circa 25 staffAs Service Manager / Supported living manager your duties will include, but are not limited to; - Take responsibility for the general day to day running of the services - Complete staff appraisals and supervisions - Ensure that CQC standards are continually met - Report into the Operations manager of the locality and update them with any changes - Ensure that the services are appropriately staffed according to occupancy levels The Person We're looking for an experienced manager of services for adults with learning disabilities. Ideally you'll be qualified to QCF level 5 / NVQ 4 but if not level 3 will suffice you'll need to demonstrate an excellent knowledge often CQC standards you'll be able to manage a dispersed staff team effectively.
