Immediate requirement for Application support Analyst to work with a market leading digital automotive client in their central Manchester office.

Who we are?

We are a well established company within the automotive industry who offer great assistance to retailers/ end clients. This role is of paramont importance to our organisation. We are looking to get the right person on board as soon as possible.


What you will be doing?

The ideal candidate will have a real passion for delivering the best possible experience to customers. You will join our Technical support Helpdesk team, resolving technical queries, diagnosis and resolving faults, allowing our customers to get the most out of the services they pay for.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE..

  • A passion for investigating and resolving technical issues
  • Experience in supporting bespoke applications
  • Previous experience of supporting external customers in a helpdesk environment
  • An understanding of Microsoft operating systems and internet tech including browsers and networks.
  • A passion for delivering the best possible experience to customers.

IT'S NICE TO HAVE..

  • An Understanding of SQL
  • An awareness of ITIL best practise
  • Previous experience of interpreting large sets of data.
  • Experience within a similar environment
