An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our global FMCG client are currently seeking a Senior Digital Global Brand Manager - Oral Care, based at their Global HQ in Blackfriars, London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 12 months, working a 36.25 hour week. This role is paying up to £82,500 per annum.

Signal (known in some countries as Pepsodent or Mentadent) is one of the Top 15 brands in Unilever. It's a growing business driven by a powerful social mission with the ambition to improve the brushing habits of 100million people by 2020. With a very successful innovation plan (i.e. whitening) it is going through a profound transformation.

The size of the brand and its ambition require a significant step up into its Digital Capability. We are now in the crucial and exciting phase of delivering on the Digital Strategy and make it a reality through some key initiatives - from laying the foundations with the new Global website rollout, to exciting DTC pilots, to start-up partnerships and cutting-edge technology such as chatbots. The Leadership team sees these as integral to achieving the brand long-term vision.
In short, there is tremendous excitement for Digital in Signal and this role will be crucial in keeping up the momentum, with ample support from stakeholders and high internal visibility.

This is a true senior manager position with the support of ABMs and temp resources as needed, and it offers exposure to stakeholders of very different kinds
- Global Brand Vice President and Business VP.
- Sustainable Living teams in Unilever, external partners, Professional marketing.
- Interacting with Markets on a truly global scale (from SEA to Europe, Africa, NAME, Latam).
- Working with directors and other brand managers and coordinate/ influence.

Role and Responsibility
1.Lead the ideation, planning and implementation of the Digital Framework for the Signal brand, oversee its adoption throughout the Signal Global and Local marketing teams and make it into an engine for business growth. Progress the Strategy and enrich its Content, Commerce and Community areas in keeping with the brand relaunch. Bring a strong Digital strategic view to the new Comms architecture, in collaboration with the Media and Search agencies.
2.Lead workstreams such as: development of E-Commerce Strategy and Omnichannel Assets and guidelines, and drive adoption in key countries; Search Strategy (including E-commerce search) and Content development. This requires close collaboration with marketing and CD teams and an ability to manage stakeholders towards a common goal in unstructured ways.
3.Oversee the localisation of the existing AEM website onto 10+ key markets in 2017/2018 . Spearhead the creation of a DMPT framework for Signal.
4.Lead specific Digital projects, mostly but not exclusively related to our Social Mission and Youth platforms; this will include planning a multi-year product roadmap for the award-winning 'Little brush, Big Brush' mobile program); and developing a visionary 'Digital Family Dentist' service offering.
5.Act as the internal champion for the Connected World philosophy and an ambassador for all things Digital; empower teams and individuals with formal and informal training; sharing best practices; contribute to other Brand Development projects as required.

2.Significant experience in global/regional/local roles across Digital Marketing and Brand Development
3.Demonstrated capability across the whole set of Standards of Leadership
4.Proven track record in brand strategy development, brand equity management and 6P mix crafting
5.Good business understanding (financial, total business levers)
6.Proven record of managing direct reports.
7.Project management skills and experience
