We are looking to recruit Staff Nurses to join our Outpatient team on Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital's Bank, ensuring high levels of patient care are met. We provide facilities for consultation, minor procedures and the pre admission of patients over a wide range of specialities within Outpatient. We are interested in talking to qualified Staff Nurses with post-registration experience and ideally ILS or ALS skills. As an essential part of our Outpatient team, you'll deliver high quality, clinically effective patient care. Flexible shifts depending on business needs. This includes days, evenings and Saturdays. Nuffield Heath is Britain's largest and most pioneering healthcare charity, integrating fitness and well-being, prevention and cure. We've brought together our hospitals, clinics, fitness & wellbeing centres as well as our diagnostic units into one holistic healthcare service provided from over 200 locations. A not-for-profit organisation, we reinvest every penny we make into helping the people of Britain to lead healthier, happier lives. In today's healthcare market, we're in an enviably strong position. The Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital is a modern, well-equipped hospital with 38 beds plus 3 ITU beds, 2 Major Theatres with laminar flow, 1 Minor Theatre and an on-site Pharmacy, Pathology, Radiology and Physiotherapy department. The hospital is the leading provider of private children's services in Leicestershire. We have completed our refurbishment programme which has updated our Theatres, Day Case Unit, Main Ward and Outpatient facilities. As a Nuffield Staff Nurse, you'll get to enjoy the real respect, rapport and effective working of a close-knit team, and you'll do it in an innovative, clean, modern working environment, while benefiting from support and training opportunities, as well as the time and nurse-patient ratio that ensure quality of care. As an experienced, registered nurse, you will have good organisational and communication skills. Flexibility of shifts is essential and experience of working in an outpatients department is desirable.
