BMS Service Engineer - Trend
The Company:Our client is a leading provider of Building Energy Management and Automatic Control products. The company is built on solid foundations and is a leading player in the controls industry. Using a range of market leading manufacturers’ products they provide modern, efficient and state of the art Building Management Systems. They deliver large and small projects, maintenance and integration. Due to rapid expansion and continued success the company have recently moved to a new premises and are looking to add a proven BMS service engineer to their ever growing engineering team.
The Role:The role involves responsibilities associated with service and maintenance of BMS systems of varying sizes and types, as well as provide end-user tuition. Working closely with the Service Manager and/or Service Engineer, you will provide the customer a fully maintained system on time and within budget. Main tasks and responsibilities: ·Servicing ·Maintenance ·Integration·Business Support·General Ad hoc dutiesThe individual would cover works predominantly in Central London and occasional work in in the surrounding home counties.
Requirements:The company are seeking a proven engineer in the BMS sector. The candidate must be technically astute with TREND systems. Candidates who also have experience with Siemens and/or Honeywell would be advantageous but not essential as full product training will be provided on these systems. Essential requirements: ·Electrically qualified to 16th/17th Edition Regulations ·A good understanding of HVAC applications of controls ·Working experience of TREND BMS·Trend Expert or heavily TREND biased
